About the role
- Support planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs that drive sales
- Interact with global, digital, vertical and product marketing teams to build customer-based marketing activities and drive lead generation
- Support international sales and marketing conferences/tradeshows and owned events including content, asset coordination, translation management, lead retrieval/upload and post-event surveys and email campaigns
- Lead the global webinar program and execute virtual demand generation conference (Magnet Virtual Summit) using ON24
- Leverage Cvent, Pardot and Salesforce to stage, execute, track, and manage global marketing programs
- Manage virtual event technology requirements including ON24 and Zoom Webinars
- Track key metrics and deliver reporting and analytics for all marketing programs
- Manage inventory by ordering, shipping and distributing branded materials across North America, EMEA and APAC
- Manage marketing budget and expenses (PO creation, monthly accrual, reconciliation, reporting)
- Coach, mentor and train marketing co-op student
- Research and recommend lead generation tools, techniques and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Commerce
- Innovative and resourceful with the interest and desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task multiple concurrent priorities
- Superior attention to detail, creative problem solving, time-management and organizational skills
- Preferred: 2-4 years experience working within a marketing department
- Preferred: Experience with event technology including Cvent, Zoom and ON24
- Preferred: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot)
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
