About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and launch integrated digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with Sales team to plan, execute, and launch targeted campaigns
  • Utilize platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce to manage campaigns and track performance
  • Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, including email, web, and paid media
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize spend, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of multi-format content, including case studies, one-pagers, white papers, web content, emails, blogs, and sales decks
  • Assist Sales teams by developing case studies and supporting materials for client conversations
  • Ensure messaging consistency and alignment across marketing and sales assets
  • Evaluate, set, and manage budgets for marketing and sales-related initiatives
  • Manage logistics and budgets for sales initiatives, including travel, trade shows, site visits, and lead registration
  • Partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to align on goals, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Provide marketing consultation and support to the Recruiting team as needed
  • Act as a key stakeholder in driving alignment across departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand/lead generation
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and measurable marketing ROI
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Pardot and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
  • Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (preferred)
  • Quota-carrying sales experience (preferred)
  • Background in B2B and/or SaaS marketing (preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and modern marketing technology stacks (preferred)
