Demand Generation Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and launch integrated digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with Sales team to plan, execute, and launch targeted campaigns
- Utilize platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce to manage campaigns and track performance
- Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, including email, web, and paid media
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize spend, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness
- Leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency
- Oversee the creation and distribution of multi-format content, including case studies, one-pagers, white papers, web content, emails, blogs, and sales decks
- Assist Sales teams by developing case studies and supporting materials for client conversations
- Ensure messaging consistency and alignment across marketing and sales assets
- Evaluate, set, and manage budgets for marketing and sales-related initiatives
- Manage logistics and budgets for sales initiatives, including travel, trade shows, site visits, and lead registration
- Partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to align on goals, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Provide marketing consultation and support to the Recruiting team as needed
- Act as a key stakeholder in driving alignment across departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand/lead generation
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and measurable marketing ROI
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Pardot and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
- Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (preferred)
- Quota-carrying sales experience (preferred)
- Background in B2B and/or SaaS marketing (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and modern marketing technology stacks (preferred)
