Surveillance Case Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducting preliminary desktop investigation to prepare file for the field surveillance investigators
- Coordinating with surveillance investigators and providing updates to clients
- Reviewing surveillance videos and ensuring quality and consistency
- Prepare clear, concise reports based on investigative findings and surveillance review
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of directly relevant work experience (i.e., working as a surveillance case manager) or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Criminal Justice and 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with attorneys and legal personnel.
- Proficiency in investigative platforms, specifically Track-Ops.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
