About the role
- Define the roadmap, prioritize features, and manage end-to-end delivery.
- Conduct customer research and engage directly with customers to uncover needs, validate ideas, and inform product decisions.
- Perform backlog grooming and sprint planning with your pod (1 designer and engineers).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure smooth delivery and successful product launches.
- Align your solution with the broader company and platform vision.
- Track usage, retention, and NPS to guide iterations and demonstrate impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS and mobile products
- Proven track record owning a product area and shipping impactful features
- Strong technical understanding and a strong appreciation for design/UX
- Excellent customer and business insight
- Experience leading user research and customer discovery
- Comfortable with data-driven decision making; SQL/BI skills are a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
