About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect and sustain data infrastructure across HR platforms to guarantee uniform, dependable workforce information
- Collaborate with Finance and People Team executives to provide customized workforce insights
- Leverage predictive analytics to forecast future hiring needs, identify skill gaps, and inform the long-term talent strategy
- Construct a comprehensive HR data glossary
- Leverage workforce analytics to perform comprehensive evaluations of full-lifecycle workflows
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for core HR platforms
- Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Manage system integrations, data feeds, and technical audits
- Partner with IT and external vendors on system upgrades
- Document configurations, workflows, and system processes
- Build and maintain self-service dashboards and reports
- Reimagine intricate workforce data into intuitive visualizations
- Establish and own a recurring People Team reporting cadence
- Own end-to-end coordination of cyclical HR programs
- Apply strong project management discipline to transition manual programs into automated systems
- Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and design sustainable replacements
- Ensure programs run on time while building infrastructure for future operational ease.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-5 years of experience in technical program management, data analytics, people operations, or HR systems roles
- Hands-on experience with data engineering or data pipeline development, including SQL, Python, BigQuery, Dataform, ETL tools, or similar
- Demonstrated project management capability, including owning end-to-end program delivery, building and maintaining project plans, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving initiatives from current-state operations through to scaled, productized solutions
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Bob, or similar), including system configuration and administration
- Experience with Zendesk for HR service delivery and ticket management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
