About the role

  • Develop and manage supplier contracts that enable delivery of required manufacturing capability and capacity in alignment with Magic Leap’s technology roadmap
  • Lead supplier contract strategy, negotiation, execution, and ongoing partner alignment to maximize value from Magic Leap resources
  • Establish and implement standardized contracting processes to ensure consistent terms and conditions across internal business partners
  • Own supplier delivery performance against capital expenditure (CapEx) plans, ensuring alignment with equipment supply and manufacturing demand

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in working across organizations to align on requirements and execution of supply chain agreements that meet development and manufacturing timing, capacity, and cost targets
  • A track record of high performance and sustained excellence in negotiating and managing supplier execution and relationships
  • Exceptional ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment with limited initial direction, consistently delivering successful, high-impact programs
