About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative and help customers discover valuable insurance review opportunities while building a rewarding career in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a Philippines-based lead generation team responsible for outbound customer engagement and qualification activities
- Drive team performance through coaching, quality assurance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring agents consistently follow approved qualification processes, compliance requirements, and customer engagement standards
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Outbound Sales Representatives
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance against established KPIs and targets
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development discussions
- Lead daily team huddles and performance meetings
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture
- Manage attendance, productivity, and overall team engagement
- Coach team members on effective questioning techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement
- Review call recordings and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure consistent adherence to approved call scripts, qualification frameworks, and compliance standards
- Monitor call quality and identify coaching opportunities
- Support onboarding and continuous development of new team members
- Identify skills gaps and coordinate targeted training initiatives
- Produce and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including: Contact Rates, Qualification Rates, Transfer Rates, Conversion Metrics, Attendance and Productivity
- Escalate operational challenges and recommend process improvements
- Ensure customer handoffs to advisers are accurate, compliant, and seamless
- Serve as the primary liaison between the lead generation team and business stakeholders
- Communicate with team performance, challenges, and opportunities effectively
- Collaborate with leadership to implement performance improvement strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, BPO, insurance, or financial services environments
- At least 1–2 years of experience leading a voice-based sales or customer contact team
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals
- Strong understanding of sales, lead generation, and contact center KPIs
- Experience conducting call quality reviews and performance evaluations
- Ability to lead coaching sessions, performance discussions, and team meetings
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated success leading teams against performance and sales targets
- Results-oriented leadership style with a strong focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
