About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and RPA solutions using Rewst.
Create and maintain technical documentation including process maps, solution design documents, and test trackers.
Utilize AI and emerging automation technologies to improve delivery efficiency and innovation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation delivery frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
Support pre-sales activities by assisting with project scoping, effort estimation, and timeline planning.
Troubleshoot automation issues and provide optimization recommendations.
Work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams to ensure successful automation implementation.
Ensure automation solutions meet quality, scalability, and security standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience deploying RPA or automation solutions in a customer-facing environment.
Hands-on experience with one or more RPA or low-code automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automation best practices.
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Jinja, or similar.
Experience utilizing AI tools to support or accelerate automation development workflows.
Strong business process mapping, analysis, and optimization skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
