Lead high-impact client-facing software development, automation, and consulting projects for global clients.
Ensure clarity, execution excellence, and on-time delivery in a fast-scaling environment.
Own project design and delivery focused on achieving outcomes across multiple complex initiatives.
Act as the senior point of accountability for scope, timelines, budget, risk, and quality.
Lead and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery discipline.
Communicate project health, milestones, and risks to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally supporting US or global clients.
Strong client-facing experience, managing external stakeholders and acting as the primary delivery owner.
Experience leading technical delivery teams, with direct accountability for execution and outcomes.
Strong technical background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and automation teams.
Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to apply each.
Proven ability to drive projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, risk, budget, and timelines.
Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work US business hours.
