About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack from frontend interfaces to backend systems and APIs
Write modular, high-quality code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own the delivery of new features from concept to production
Develop new features and APIs leveraging existing systems, even without detailed mockups
Focus on user experience and usability, testing features from the end-user perspective
Collaborate with QA to ensure robustness and scalability of new releases
Partner with Product and Design teams to validate feasibility and improve upcoming changes
Continuously refactor, optimize, and improve code performance
Support a culture of code reviews, testing, and CI/CD best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using modern Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django preferred)
Hands-on experience with GraphQL
Proficiency in React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
Experience with Kafka and Redis (or similar streaming/caching technologies)
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design
Advocate of modern Python practices (async/await, type hints, Pydantic, data classes)
Familiarity with AWS or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
Comfortable integrating REST APIs and working in data-rich environments
Excellent communication skills and a self-driven, proactive mindset.
