About the role

  • Own magentIQ’s field-led demand generation strategy, with events as a core channel.
  • Create measurable commercial impact by designing programs that support pipeline creation, account engagement, and executive-level credibility.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing initiatives such as executive roundtables, private dinners, conferences, webinars, partner activations, and targeted regional programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and GTM teams to align field programs with account-based strategies and pipeline goals.
  • Define and track success metrics beyond attendance, continuously optimize based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, events marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience marketing and selling into the United States (U.S).
  • Proven track record of using marketing programs to generate leads and support sales pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions and how marketing supports revenue.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience running field marketing initiatives and events across multiple regions.
