About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a bridge between Magellan Technology and the client's needs, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Responsible for transforming processes focused on quality client experience.
- Maintain status updates and communicate with leadership and client contacts.
- Attend meetings to keep Magellan apprised of any changes impacting processes in support of clients.
- Gather and document issues and requests for change from clients.
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide status and iterative releases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree in computer and information science, healthcare administration, business or related field.
- 7+ years' professional IT experience.
- 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, program management, or consulting in healthcare IT or a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and delivering technology solutions.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value for clients.
- Excellent relationship management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in complex, matrixed environments.
