Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain software and systems for communication networks
Develop applications, automate tasks, troubleshoot, and document specifications for complex systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years related experience
Minimum of 2+ years designing, building and deploying software in IT
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong programming
Knowledge of telecom standards, networking frameworks, RESTful web service structure and technologies (e.g., Genesys Cloud UCaaS and CCaaS, VoIP)
Critical thinker
Demonstrated problem solving techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
