About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and evolve the employee journey, ensuring a consistent experience aligned with MAG's culture;
  • Design and oversee journeys such as onboarding, integration, the new leader journey, and other experience initiatives;
  • Map journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to enhance the employee experience;
  • Monitor experience, satisfaction, and engagement metrics, translating data into action plans;
  • Create communications and support materials for the journeys;
  • Lead end-to-end employee experience projects;
  • Consolidate learnings and drive continuous improvement of initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related fields;
  • Experience managing employee journeys, onboarding, integration, or employee experience programs;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Experience in project management.
  • The following are a plus:
  • Postgraduate degree in People Management, Employee Experience, Corporate Education, or Organizational Development;
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design;
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, agile methodologies, and tools such as Miro or Kahoot;
  • Experience supporting leadership, organizational climate initiatives, or HR Business Partnering.
