About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and evolve the employee journey, ensuring a consistent experience aligned with MAG's culture;
- Design and oversee journeys such as onboarding, integration, the new leader journey, and other experience initiatives;
- Map journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to enhance the employee experience;
- Monitor experience, satisfaction, and engagement metrics, translating data into action plans;
- Create communications and support materials for the journeys;
- Lead end-to-end employee experience projects;
- Consolidate learnings and drive continuous improvement of initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related fields;
- Experience managing employee journeys, onboarding, integration, or employee experience programs;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Experience in project management.
- The following are a plus:
- Postgraduate degree in People Management, Employee Experience, Corporate Education, or Organizational Development;
- Knowledge of Instructional Design;
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, agile methodologies, and tools such as Miro or Kahoot;
- Experience supporting leadership, organizational climate initiatives, or HR Business Partnering.
