About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making through data, diagnostics, and people metrics;
  • Conduct analyses of organizational climate, engagement, retention, and employee experience;
  • Conduct site visits to operations to identify opportunities and support the development of action plans with leadership;
  • Turn metrics into insights and strategic recommendations for the business, applying People Analytics concepts;
  • Conduct strategic exit interviews and analyze turnover indicators;
  • Build dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations;
  • Support onboarding, adaptation, and development of leaders;
  • Lead projects related to culture, employee experience, and organizational transformation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Experience working as an HR Business Partner or internal HR consultant;
  • Experience with organizational climate, engagement, retention, and people metrics;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and People Analytics;
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • The following are a plus:
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Organizational Development, or related fields;
  • Certification in Assessment;
  • Experience with Change Management;
  • Experience in culture and organizational transformation projects.
