About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct active prospecting to expand the base of brokers specializing in life insurance and pension plans;
  • Actively participate in the training, technical support and management of these independent professionals;
  • Provide field supervision with clear guidance, close follow-up and continuous development;
  • Establish strategies to guide the team and monitor performance indicators;
  • Develop commercial initiatives and sales incentive programs;
  • Prospect and open new local business opportunities/partnerships;
  • Support sales professionals in managing and maintaining client portfolios.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience in the insurance market, especially in Life and Pension products
  • Experience in prospecting and opening new business in Life and Pension insurance
  • Experience recruiting and managing external brokers
  • Experience managing autonomous commercial teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Availability to travel
  • Established professional network within the market
  • Technical knowledge of financial products and investments
  • Active presence on social media for prospecting brokers and clients
  • Certification or postgraduate degree in Management or related areas
