Commercial Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct active prospecting to expand the base of brokers specializing in life insurance and pension plans;
- Actively participate in the training, technical support and management of these independent professionals;
- Provide field supervision with clear guidance, close follow-up and continuous development;
- Establish strategies to guide the team and monitor performance indicators;
- Develop commercial initiatives and sales incentive programs;
- Prospect and open new local business opportunities/partnerships;
- Support sales professionals in managing and maintaining client portfolios.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Experience in the insurance market, especially in Life and Pension products
- Experience in prospecting and opening new business in Life and Pension insurance
- Experience recruiting and managing external brokers
- Experience managing autonomous commercial teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Availability to travel
- Established professional network within the market
- Technical knowledge of financial products and investments
- Active presence on social media for prospecting brokers and clients
- Certification or postgraduate degree in Management or related areas
