Administrative Assistant – People with Disabilities (PwD)
MAG SegurosAssistente Administrativo providing administrative support and client service at MAG. Collaborating with teams and managing internal documents while fostering client relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to internal and external clients, ensuring prompt and high-quality service;
- Control, update, verify, register and report information in documents, spreadsheets and corporate systems;
- Prepare and draft various documents, contributing to the organization and updating of area processes;
- Manage expenses, payments and financial documents, ensuring accurate tracking of information;
- Support the organization and follow-up of events, initiatives and activities for the area, including expense reporting;
- Liaise with different company areas to clarify and address administrative requests;
- Handle telephone and digital channel inquiries;
- Monitor suppliers and support processes related to contracting and payments;
- Extract, consolidate and prepare monitoring reports and management controls;
- Provide administrative support to the area’s activities, contributing to process efficiency and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (secondary education completed);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office suite);
- Previous experience with administrative routines;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Ease in interpersonal relationships;
- Organization and attention to detail;
- Proactive profile with the ability to learn quickly;
- Availability to work 6 hours per day during business hours.
- It is a plus if you have:
- Experience providing support to internal and external clients;
- Experience with administrative, financial or supplier/vendor controls;
- Knowledge of corporate systems and report preparation.
