About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure operational excellence and the best possible user experience on our learning platforms;
Manage catalogs, learning tracks, learning journeys and content availability rules;
Support and drive the technological maintenance and evolution of LMS and LXP environments;
Analyze usage, engagement and performance metrics to support decision-making;
Assist in building dashboards and automated data extraction processes;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the employee learning experience;
Act as the interface between Corporate Learning, vendors and technology teams;
Provide second-level technical support for incidents related to platforms and digital content;
Monitor market trends and propose new solutions to enhance the learning journey.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field;
Experience administering LMS, LXP or similar platforms;
Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and Power Query;
Experience with data analysis and preparation of management reports;
Analytical and organized profile with strong problem-solving skills;
Ability to work effectively between technical and business areas.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI and system integrations;
Experience with automations and running scripts;
Experience in Corporate Learning or EdTech companies;
Knowledge of UX/UI applied to digital platforms.
