Talent Attraction Supervisor – Commercial Focus

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise the Recruitment & Selection operation focused on attracting commercial professionals, both employees and contractors, ensuring hiring volume, quality and speed;
- Lead and oversee end-to-end selection processes for commercial positions and sales leadership roles: profile alignment, attraction strategy definition, job posting, hunting, screening, interviews and follow-up until process completion;
- Lead, develop and monitor the performance of the recruitment and selection team, promoting alignment, productivity and continuous improvement;
- Monitor area metrics and KPIs, such as SLA, time-to-fill, stage conversion rates, sourcing channels, candidate volume and hire effectiveness;
- Partner with commercial leadership to ensure strategic alignment between recruitment, operational growth and business targets;
- Contribute to the standardization, evolution and scalability of Talent Attraction processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field;
- Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection, working with commercial and sales roles, including employees and contractors;
- Experience leading teams, tracking metrics and managing performance;
- Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including hunting and active sourcing strategies;
- Organized and agile profile with strong prioritization skills, influence and decision-making ability;
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Experience in brokerages, insurance companies or the financial market is a differential.
