About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle customer inquiries and requests from the Online Store or transferred from our contact center regarding interest in and/or questions about purchasing a product
Perform outbound contacts to offer products based on received leads
Log all customer interactions in the customer relationship management system
Deliver an excellent service experience to current and potential customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or currently enrolled/complete higher education
Solid experience in sales/commercial roles, consistently aiming to meet and exceed established targets
Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Communicative, persuasive and results-oriented profile
Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site twice a week at headquarters/office) with a daily schedule of 6 hours and 20 minutes
Experience in a contact center with active outbound segment (differential)
Knowledge of insurance and/or pension products (differential)
