About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead recruitment activities with a focus on active talent sourcing, high-volume hiring and management of talent attraction projects;
  • Plan, lead and execute strategic recruitment projects such as high-volume openings, targeted campaigns, launch of new operations or seasonal peaks;
  • Conduct hunting and market mapping for different profiles, with a focus on volume, quality and diversity of sources;
  • Design, monitor and optimize recruitment funnels, ensuring scalability, efficiency and predictable results;
  • Actively manage the talent pool in a segmented and strategic manner to support ongoing projects and recurring demands;
  • Leverage technology, automation and data to increase efficiency in processes and improve the candidate experience;
  • Monitor and analyze metrics such as candidate volume, stage conversion rates, response time, SLAs and sourcing channels;
  • Work in partnership with the Selection team and leadership to ensure profile alignment, prioritization of requests and on-time delivery of projects;
  • Contribute to standardization, continuous improvement and scalability of recruitment processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on active sourcing of talent;
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and managing multiple fronts or simultaneous projects;
  • Good market awareness and understanding of talent scarcity scenarios;
  • Experience with recruitment tools, active sourcing techniques and metrics analysis;
  • Interest in innovation, technology and digital solutions applied to recruitment;
  • Proactive, organized and analytical profile, with a strong results and delivery orientation.
