Corporate Learning Analyst – Mid-level

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design, execution and monitoring of corporate learning and professional development programs;
- Participate in initiatives related to career paths, learning pathways, certifications, leadership, and technical and soft-skills training;
- Lead and monitor development projects, ensuring planning, schedules, deliverables and outcomes;
- Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) with business areas;
- Monitor KPIs, consolidate data and prepare analyses to support decision-making;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the area’s programs and processes;
- Promote a culture of learning and development across the organization;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of initiatives;
- Identify opportunities for innovation and the application of new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence tools, in learning processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
- Previous experience in Corporate Learning, Training & Development, Corporate University, Project Management, Continuous Improvement or related areas;
- Experience supporting the delivery of development programs, technical and behavioral training;
- Experience organizing training events, managing schedules, tracking KPIs and supporting project management;
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
- Analytical skills for working with data and performance indicators;
- Strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with career development programs and professional development initiatives;
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or similar;
- Intermediate to advanced English;
- Experience applying Artificial Intelligence tools in a corporate learning environment;
- Experience delivering training on methodologies, problem solving or process improvement;
- Experience working on projects focused on results, efficiency and value generation for the business.
