About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design, execution and monitoring of corporate learning and professional development programs;
  • Participate in initiatives related to career paths, learning pathways, certifications, leadership, and technical and soft-skills training;
  • Lead and monitor development projects, ensuring planning, schedules, deliverables and outcomes;
  • Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) with business areas;
  • Monitor KPIs, consolidate data and prepare analyses to support decision-making;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the area’s programs and processes;
  • Promote a culture of learning and development across the organization;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of initiatives;
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and the application of new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence tools, in learning processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
  • Previous experience in Corporate Learning, Training & Development, Corporate University, Project Management, Continuous Improvement or related areas;
  • Experience supporting the delivery of development programs, technical and behavioral training;
  • Experience organizing training events, managing schedules, tracking KPIs and supporting project management;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
  • Analytical skills for working with data and performance indicators;
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with career development programs and professional development initiatives;
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or similar;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Experience applying Artificial Intelligence tools in a corporate learning environment;
  • Experience delivering training on methodologies, problem solving or process improvement;
  • Experience working on projects focused on results, efficiency and value generation for the business.
