About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support for project management and process improvement initiatives under the guidance of more experienced professionals, contributing to the organization, monitoring, and execution of planned activities.
Participate in gathering information and understanding project contexts, supporting the preparation and updating of documents such as Project Charter, WBS, schedules, action plans, and status reports, ensuring that information is organized, up to date, and available for tracking and decision-making.
Support interaction with internal teams and partners by attending alignment meetings, recording decisions, open items and follow-ups, and assisting with communication to project stakeholders.
In the area of process management, assist with process mapping and modeling activities by participating in interviews, workshops and validations, as well as preparing process flows, applying basic process analysis tools, and supporting the development of diagnostics, always under the supervision of the Projects and Processes team.
Contribute to monitoring deadlines, risks, assumptions and constraints, helping identify deviations and implement corrective actions, while gradually developing a systemic view of the organization’s processes and projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT or related fields
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Knowledge of process management methodologies
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Experience with MS Project
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of AI tools
