About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work end-to-end in audiovisual production (scripting, shooting, editing, and finishing)
Create and edit institutional videos, campaigns, and digital content
Develop motion design and animations aligned with branding
Produce video and photography shoots (direction, lighting, framing/composition, and audio)
Create Key Visuals (KV) and campaign adaptations
Develop institutional presentations and strategic materials
Translate briefs into creative and visual solutions
Apply editing techniques, storytelling, color grading, and sound design
Organize files and workflows efficiently
Use AI tools to optimize and create content
Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and content teams
Participate in events and institutional recordings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Audiovisual, Design, or related fields
Proven experience in end-to-end audiovisual production
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience with video and photography capture
Experience in motion design and producing content for different formats
Experience creating Key Visuals (KVs) and institutional materials
Knowledge of visual storytelling, composition, color, and typography
Portfolio submission required
Updated LinkedIn profile
The following are a plus:
Experience with artificial intelligence tools applied to audiovisual production
Knowledge of 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
Experience working in agencies, production companies, or in-house marketing teams
Basic understanding of content performance metrics
English proficiency (primarily for international travel)
