About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the creation and delivery of engaging communications to ensure colleagues feel excited about our strategy and transformation
  • Ensure colleagues understand and connect with our values
  • Keep colleagues up to date with positive news stories from MAG and their local airport
  • Assist in creating and delivering comms plans and campaigns
  • Manage communication channels such as our intranet, weekly newsletter, digital screens, face-to-face briefings and events
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand priorities across the business and internal communications requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally you will have worked in a large matrix style organisation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible "can-do" attitude
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help and gauge when this is necessary
