About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the Asset Lifecycle function, ensuring airport assets meet operational and business requirements through effective asset performance, risk, maintenance, and investment management
- Developing and delivering capital renewals strategies and investment plans
- Prioritising asset replacement and maintenance activities
- Leading a team of Asset Lifecycle Managers to support airport growth, operational resilience, and business efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing significant OPEX and CAPEX budgets and delivering asset investment programmes
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance asset performance, risk, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business growth objectives
- Experienced in developing and communicating strategic plans, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and presenting to senior leadership and board-level audiences
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with a risk-based approach to investment and asset management
- Degree-qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, with professional membership of a recognised engineering institution (e.g. IET, IMechE, MICE)
