About the role
- Deliver relevant aspects of the Group Sustainability Strategy at an airport level
- Develop and inform airport community programmes
- Work with external stakeholders to deliver community support projects
- Deliver implementation of community mitigation schemes
- Support formal engagement with key community stakeholders through forums and consultative committees
- Represent the airport at community events in the towns and villages close to the airport
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to speak confidently in public and produce high-quality written communication materials
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage and work to deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
- Highly developed listening skills
- Ability to work in challenging environments and deal with conflict sensitively and confidently
- Flexibility to sometimes attend events on evenings and weekends
