About the role

  • Contribute to the HR & Payroll product area
  • Work alongside a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and System Analysts
  • Champion common HR technology products across the enterprise landscape
  • Focus on SAP SuccessFactors as the core platform for talent, payroll, and workforce management
  • Drive adoption and optimisation of modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning
  • Ensure seamless integration with supporting systems and services
  • Enable digitisation initiatives and deliver solutions that meet demanding HR and business challenges

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in HR technology platforms, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in cloud-based HRIS and integration with payroll systems
  • Qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR Technology
  • Ideally possess SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification
  • Relevant cloud or integration credentials
  • Demonstrates system analysis and HR technology knowledge
  • Technical documentation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to convey complex SAP SuccessFactors concepts in clear language for HR and operational teams
