About the role

  • Owning, maintaining and continuously improving the marketing reporting suite using best-in-class analytics and visualisation tools
  • Acting as the go-to expert for ad-hoc marketing data requests, helping to prioritise and deliver insight aligned to business needs
  • Analysing paid, organic and customer marketing performance to identify optimisation opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Building a holistic view of marketing mix performance by stitching together insights from across multiple channels and platforms
  • Delivering clear recommendations and presenting insights to senior stakeholders to influence commercial and marketing strategy
  • Partnering closely with e-commerce and trading teams to drive performance improvements across digital campaigns

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or Marketing Analyst, ideally within a digital or performance marketing environment
  • Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO and campaign testing
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect insight across multiple marketing channels
