About the role

  • Support the PM EWC Architecture and Interoperability Division to coordinate interoperability and integration across each product office
  • Provide software systems architecture support to facilitate integration and interoperability across the PM EW&C portfolio (including Electronic Warfare, Cyber, and SIGINT)
  • Track, report, and consolidate testing and demonstration opportunities across EW&C Programs of Record
  • Identify opportunities to support collaborative operations in a military context
  • Provide integrated, multi-disciplinary solution recommendations to resolve technical problems
  • Facilitate collection and consolidation of information from multiple product offices
  • Develop milestone charts and swim lane diagrams and present technical issues to stakeholders using MS Project
  • Support EW&C program objectives to enable next-generation sensor-to-Soldier capabilities worldwide
  • Travel to Army and contractor locations as required (~25%)

Requirements

  • Clearance: Active Secret Clearance (selected candidate must obtain Top Secret/SCI adjudication to maintain employment)
  • 5 or more years’ experience in software engineering including integration and systems engineering
  • Bachelors Degree in STEM related discipline
  • 5 years of Systems engineering experience translating operational requirements into system/software requirements, designs, and implementation plans
  • 2 or more years in cyber, cloud-based web-platforms, Information Technology, or C4ISR systems
  • Experience with software interfaces, data exchange and networking
  • Experience with virtualized environments and automation tools (Docker, Kubernetes, VMs, VMWare, Ansible)
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python and Ubiquitous
  • Experience with integrated architectures that support interoperability
  • Experience developing milestone charts and swim lane diagrams
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to present complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders utilizing MS Project
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work in office, field, and lab environments
  • Willingness to travel ~25% to Army and contractor locations within CONUS
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions
