Program Manager

• Provide requirement analysis and architecture development in support of the RMAC program
• Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, and evaluate solutions to customer requirements
• Provide technical and engineering support services
• Review and prepare engineering and technical analysis, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation

Program Analyst – Journeyman

Operations

• Acts as an Operational Specialist (OS) supporting program flight operations as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Coordinate with DoD entities and agencies to facilitate cutting-edge product development
• Provide expertise in support of mission requirements
• Shall have strong knowledge of ISR operations, air navigation, aircraft mission planning, and the key factors in aircraft survivability
• Recent operational experience is a must
• Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with little or no supervision
• Requires deployments up to four months in length to remote sites with austere conditions
• Support multiple Combatant Commands including EUCOM, Indo-PACOM and CENTCOM
• Perform Mission Planning and/or Operations support to external and internal customers prior and during missions
• Conduct flight following on the Joint Operations Command Watch Floor
• Maintain communications with the aircraft during all phases of flight
• Support the review and/or develop collection deck(s), Air Tasking Orders (ATO), Special Instructions (SPINS), Air Coordination Orders (ACO)
• Deploy OCONUS working with US Military Forces and/or Foreign Allied Military Forces
• Develop and deliver mission briefings, execute mission debriefings, and compile after action reports (AAR) as required
• Provide technical, tactical and operational Signal Intelligence, Electronic Warfare Analysis, Mission Planning and/or Operations support
• Conduct real-time communication and distribution of multi-source information with aircrew and ground assets during all phases of flight
• Operate ground-based Communications systems
• Maintain appropriate electronic and hard copy products, reports and records
• May provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel

Flight Operations Specialist

• Provide program analyst support including updating and managing acquisition strategies and program status reports
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders
• Consistently review the latest guidance to ensure acquisitions comply with regulations
• Analyze and refine program plans and acquisition strategies continually
• Develop program briefings, RFI responses, Impact Statements, and Information Papers
• Assist with development of budget implementation plans and execution of project activities
• Assist program team and cost analysts with development of cost estimates and proposals
