Entry Level Electrical Engineer – EW&C

DevOps Engineer

• Provide support to Product Manager Information Warfare Cyber Infrastructure (PdM IWCI) in the areas of automation design, coding, and deployment of infrastructure within a cloud environment
• Develop Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines, instrumenting code to report relevant metrics, and building safe and efficient build processes
• Create and maintain automated microservice deployments to a GovCloud/IL–5 environment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks
• Support the DevOps pipeline to automate deployments to production
• Participate in planning, coordinating, scheduling, and directing technical support activities applicable to the migration of DevSecOps pipelines and microservices

Systems Engineer

• Exercise a strong knowledge of ELINT systems and subsystems to develop system and subsystem specifications
• Conduct analysis, subsystem analysis, architecture/subsystem decomposition, requirements and algorithm design, implementation, integration, verification, and maintenance of ground based ELINT and EW systems
• Inform and improve hardware and software specifications and back-end signal processing of next generation RF systems including ELINT, ISR, radar, and EW sensors

Full-stack Engineer

• Oversee vendor multi-disciplinary software engineers including software architects, developers, integrators, and testers
• Maintain product oversight and definition for custom classified Software Defined Radio waveforms integration using various frameworks through partnerships with NSA and military intelligence partners
• Maintain full software product lifecycle management, including product definition, requirements, design, integration & test, and system software deployment for PL SSW portfolio
• Conduct regular product updates, integration, and deployment through Research Design Technology and Evaluation (RDT&E) technology insertions and system modernization efforts
• Agile team product owner engaged in daily agile team execution and regular customer interaction through standups, program increment planning, backlog management
• Conduct continuous COTS/GOTS integration and management including license procurement, management, and obsolescence
• Conduct full stack software engineering, architecture and design and development for the portfolio
• Sensor data management and orchestration through various middleware technologies including Integrated Sensor Architecture (ISA) and JICD

• Support the PM EWC Architecture and Interoperability Division to coordinate interoperability and integration across each product office
• Provide software systems architecture support to facilitate integration and interoperability across the PM EW&C portfolio (including Electronic Warfare, Cyber, and SIGINT)
• Track, report, and consolidate testing and demonstration opportunities across EW&C Programs of Record
• Identify opportunities to support collaborative operations in a military context
• Provide integrated, multi-disciplinary solution recommendations to resolve technical problems
• Facilitate collection and consolidation of information from multiple product offices
• Develop milestone charts and swim lane diagrams and present technical issues to stakeholders using MS Project
• Support EW&C program objectives to enable next-generation sensor-to-Soldier capabilities worldwide
