About the role
- responsible for general IT support for the SETA contract
- serves as a System Administrator for multiple DoD guest systems at various classifications
- performs tier 1 support to end users including helpdesk tickets, account creation, and troubleshooting
- ongoing cybersecurity maintenance on information systems
- updating, upgrading, and security hardening of servers including physical, virtual and cloud based
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
- minimum of five (5) years experience in system administration
- 2 years experience may be substituted for an associates degree or 4 years with a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- hands on experience with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and operations of IT technologies
