About the role

  • Generate new business leads and prospect new leads to create potential business opportunities
  • Manage existing leads, ensuring prompt follow-ups and timely calls
  • Make a minimum of 125 outbound calls per day to prospective clients
  • Set up 6 meetings per day with qualified leads and attend 2 scheduled meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the team to help meet the squad’s sales and outreach goals
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system
  • Work on-site at the Fort Collins, Colorado headquarters during posted hours (7 am-4 pm MST, Monday through Friday)
  • Help the team achieve sales targets through high-volume calling and consistent follow-up

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-up tasks
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure no prospect or lead falls through the cracks
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to the overall success of the squad
  • Make a minimum of 125 outbound calls per day
  • Set up 6 meetings per day with qualified leads
  • Attend 2 of the meetings you schedule with potential clients to learn about the Marketing Consultant role
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system
  • Work at Madwire’s Fort Collins, Colorado headquarters from 7 am-4 pm MST, Monday through Friday
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (hiring states listed in posting)
Benefits
  • Base salary of $4,500 per month ($54,000 per year)
  • 15% commission on all sales
