• You’ll provide a delightful onboarding experience to our clients.
• You’ll successfully manage the timely launch of our clients’ websites, when necessary.
• You’ll specialize in building Websites 360® sites, as well as sites on several e-commerce platforms.
• You'll manage the initial brand guideline development process for our clients.
• You’ll collaborate with account managers, graphic designers, web developers, and clients daily through in-person, email, and phone communications.
• You will be responsible for staying organized and setting and maintaining expectations of small to medium business owners.
• You will be responsible for managing around 20-30 active projects at a time.

Business Development Rep

• Generate new business leads and prospect new leads to create potential business opportunities
• Manage existing leads, ensuring prompt follow-ups and timely calls
• Make a minimum of 125 outbound calls per day to prospective clients
• Set up 6 meetings per day with qualified leads and attend 2 scheduled meetings
• Collaborate closely with the team to help meet the squad’s sales and outreach goals
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system
• Work on-site at the Fort Collins, Colorado headquarters during posted hours (7 am-4 pm MST, Monday through Friday)
• Help the team achieve sales targets through high-volume calling and consistent follow-up
