About the role

  • Build, lead, and scale enterprise sales, optimizing/creating the Madrivo's owned and operated go-to-market strategy and account management.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, driving metrics-driven acquisition, expansion, and renewal strategies.
  • Act as executive sponsor to enhance close rates, deal value, and account growth.
  • Ensure deep understanding of product knowledge, sales philosophy, and success delivery strategies among teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to create winning strategies for profitable growth.
  • Resolve issues across marketing/sales, customer success, and technology functions, promoting a customer-first approach.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with advertising agencies and marketing firms.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to understand their clients' needs and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between Madrivo and agency contacts, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of strategies.
  • Explore opportunities for joint ventures, co-branded campaigns, and cross-promotional activities with partner agencies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in relevant roles.
  • Experience selling agency services, specifically paid search services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience being a successful Enterprise Sales team member, acquiring new clients, and growing digital advertising spend.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships, establish C-suite connections, and identify key decision-makers within organizations.
  • Previous experience working at an agency, demonstrating a strong understanding of agency dynamics, client needs, and collaborative processes.
  • Charismatic negotiator and strong closer with excellent leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, experienced in startup or early growth stage companies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
