- Manage IT systems related to Dynamics 365
- Work on Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Management
- Handle Disaster Recovery configuration and testing
- Manage Veeam Backup solution and Ninja One Management Platform
- Conduct software deployment and endpoint management/security patches/updates
- Provide Mac OS support
- Collaborate with other departments and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ever-increasing job responsibilities in a similar position
- Experience with Active Directory/Microsoft Azure Management
- Disaster Recovery configuration/testing
- Ninja One Management Platform
- Veeam Backup solution
- Software deployment
- Endpoint management/security patches/updates
- Print Server Management
- Mac OS support
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA software a plus
