About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead zero-to-one builds, shipping production-quality prototypes in days rather than quarters
Develop reusable components and architectural patterns for other leads and receiving teams
Maintain fungibility across various innovation mandates and address the highest weekly priorities
Ship each V1 to production, including load-bearing and revenue-generating AI architecture
Hand off shipped innovations as platforms for the next team to build around
Pair with leadership to take innovative concepts from initial idea to load-bearing V1 releases
Drive expansion through new clients served, new verticals and use cases, revenue-generating features, and production AI architecture
Measure innovation output per builder and cycle, along with revenue, capability, and time-to-value unlocked for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience or a founding/early-engineer background with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end software solo or with small teams
Ability to take projects from a blank page to live users
Ability to articulate discovery, iteration, and customer metric movement, including activation and retention
Broad, full-stack, and AI-native capabilities
Proficiency in standing up production prototypes using agentic coding tools and AI coding agents
Experience with evaluation and observability frameworks
High technical bar and grit in ambiguity
Low-ego, collaborative approach focused on improving surrounding teams
Prior ad-tech experience is not required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must not require, or eventually require, sponsorship to work legally in the U.S.
