About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain features across our frontend and backend systems.
Contribute to the design and implementation of UI components.
Support backend services with a focus on data accuracy, system reliability, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with teammates to enhance observability and monitoring through dashboards, alerts, and instrumentation.
Contribute to the design and implementation of ad-tech-scale data and ML solutions.
Write automated tests and contribute to ongoing improvements in tooling, coverage, and quality.
Participate in code reviews, share feedback, and help drive alignment on technical decisions.
Collaborate with product and engineering partners to scope work, refine requirements, and deliver features on time.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer working with modern frontend and backend technologies.
Background in adtech, including hands-on experience with ad serving, pixels, tracking, measurement, or related systems.
Solid backend development skills. We use Golang, but experience with any modern backend language is welcome.
Strong experience with React or a comparable frontend framework preferred.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Looker, OpenTelemetry, Centry, or New Relic.
A strong interest in data science/machine learning concepts.
Comfortable working with automated testing frameworks and contributing to an overall testing culture.
