About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support client demand triage and build teams based on capacity, skills and experience
- Set up projects in scheduling software, including allocations, rates and budgets
- Run weekly timesheet submission and approval cycles, chasing outstanding items and escalating delays
- Manage weekly and monthly period close processes and reconcile inputs from commercial and delivery teams
- Resolve exceptions and prepare information for sign-off
- Contribute audit evidence and respond to auditors
- Compile evidence and draft IR35 status assessments for new contractors
- Run contractor and partner onboarding sessions covering timesheeting and Made Tech
- Support delivery PMO in establishing onboarding standards
- Maintain data integrity in Kimble/Kantata and Salesforce
- Support profile creation, calendars, assignments, availability and bid activity data
- Act as first point of contact for system queries and manage user permissions
- Propose and implement approved system configuration, process and automation improvements
- Collaborate across Operations and Made Tech to support an inclusive environment and feedback culture
- Triage scheduling and Kimble questions, resolving or escalating issues
- Build relationships with account teams and practices on client operations and resourcing
- Identify and implement process efficiencies and report time savings
Requirements

- Confidence communicating with varied roles and senior stakeholders
- Comfort working in data-heavy systems and understanding system configuration

- Drive to deliver impactful outcomes
- Salesforce and/or Kantata/Kimble resourcing software experience desirable
- Professional services resource management experience desirable
- Experience with multidisciplinary digital and technology teams desirable
- Contractor and partner experience, including IR35, desirable
- Public sector experience desirable
- Eligibility for minimum SC security clearance
- 5 years' continuous UK residency and 5 years' employment history, or employment history back to full-time education, for SC eligibility
