About the role
- Responsible for creating a world class professional services practice
- Develop demand for propositions and capabilities to meet client needs
- Lead a team of UX Designers, Interaction Designers and User Researchers
- Engage with clients on their business priorities and challenges
- Monitor client engagements to ensure quality and drive best practice
Requirements
- 5 years' UK residency and 5 year' employment history (or back to full-time education)
- No more than 30 consecutive days spent outside the UK within the last five years
- Deep understanding of public sector digital transformation
- Ability to bridge the gap between commercial innovation and government challenges
- Ability to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Ability to lead high-performing consulting teams
