About the role
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, generating reports, and providing actionable insights for client projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate these into analytical solutions.
- Produce BI dashboards using industry-standard tools - Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight.
- Mentor junior analysts, leading data-focused projects, and setting best practices in data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain data integrity and accessibility.
Requirements
- 5 years' continuous UK residency and 5 year' employment history (or back to full-time education)
- Experience in synthesising research data to present actionable insights and solutions.
- Proficiency in applying various analytical methods such as statistical analysis, data mining, and qualitative analysis.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Skilled in using ETL tools for data integration and storage.
- Understanding of data sources, organization, and storage practices.
- Ability to generate reports, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights for client projects.
- Experienced in using BI dashboards with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
