About the role

  • Own and manage the product vision, roadmap and backlog across multiple development teams simultaneously
  • Coordinate priorities and delivery between: A B2C, growth-focused product team Internal systems teams building platforms, tools and operational products in the marketing and payment processing areas
  • Manage testing and optimization roadmaps across the B2C conversion funnel, including landing pages, member areas and checkout flows
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing and other business stakeholders to identify and execute optimization and experimentation opportunities
  • Own key business and product KPIs, initiate investigations when needed, and drive product and feature development based on data insights
  • Take data-driven decisions to inform both short-term execution and longer-term product strategy
  • Act as a key point of contact between engineering teams, founders and other product stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity of priorities
  • Maintain a high-quality backlog across teams, ensuring stories are well defined, prioritised and understood
  • Balance new feature delivery with technical investment, scalability and platform health in ongoing collaboration with Tech Leads
  • Adapt and apply Agile framework pragmatically to help teams continuously improve performance and delivery
  • Manage competing priorities and timelines effectively, maintaining focus and momentum across parallel initiatives
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, technology and competitors relevant to both B2C products and internal systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role
  • Proven experience managing more than one development team at the same time
  • Experience working in a digital-first, always-on (24x7) environment
  • Exposure to both B2C products and internal / platform systems
  • Strong familiarity with Agile practices and the full software development lifecycle
  • High level of technical literacy — comfortable discussing APIs, system integrations, performance, technical trade-offs and automated testing
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and monitoring tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Datadog)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and perform under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong business understanding to translate commercial needs into clear product requirements
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
