What you’ll need

Comfortable working across both business and technical teams, building strong relationships and influencing decisions.
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives.
An effective communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Curious about emerging technologies and excited by the potential of AI, automation and intelligent systems.
Self-driven, adaptable and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Committed to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
Must have 5+ years' experience as a Business Analysis
Exposure to a Product Ownership or a related role.
Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements.
Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs within Agile delivery environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
Demonstrated experience delivering technology initiatives from concept through to implementation.
Experience working closely with software engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
Strong understanding of SaaS applications, custom software solutions and modern technology platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience balancing strategic initiatives with operational and BAU responsibilities.
Exposure to AI-enabled tools such as Copilot, Claude or other emerging AI technologies and a passion for applying them to business outcomes.
