About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the Group Executive's complex calendar and meeting schedule.
- Providing light-touch executive support to the Executive GM.
- Coordinating Town Halls, leadership offsites, workshops and team events.
- Supporting customer, partner and charity events in partnership with Marketing.
- Planning international executive travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, restaurants, activities and detailed itineraries.
- Preparing monthly Board reporting and executive presentations.
- Tracking actions, projects and key business deliverables.
- Managing expenses, purchase orders and event and travel budgets.
- Supporting business communications and providing ad hoc executive assistance as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience supporting C-suite or Executive-level leaders.
- Exceptional diary and calendar management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Confident coordinating complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and executive meetings.
- Experienced in planning and delivering corporate events, leadership offsites, Town Halls and team activities.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with senior executives, customers and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful and always one step ahead.
- Comfortable managing confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Able to work independently while building strong relationships across the business.
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
