Lead a major transformation program across Finance and the business
Use automation, AI and smarter processes to radically lift efficiency, insight and capability across the finance function
Drive automation and AI use across the finance function
Move the accounting function toward a continuous close and planning teams toward continuous forecasting
Redesign procurement, accounts payable, receivables and credit processes to improve experience and efficiency
Build smarter, self-service reporting and insights using Power BI, Fabric and modern data tools

Requirements

Strong technical finance foundations (CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent) with deep systems knowledge
Proven experience leading finance transformation, ERP, automation or AI-enabled initiatives
Confidence working across finance, technology and business teams — and bringing them with you
A structured, analytical approach with the ability to simplify complexity
Strong project and change management capability, including vendor coordination
Clear communication skills — especially when explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiences
Curiosity, resilience and a genuine appetite for improving how things work
