About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee MCPG’s seasonal schedule, promotional budget, and internal workflow processes
- Spearhead seasonal calendar creation process and manage deadlines for the marketing department
- Act as key liaison with Sales, Design, Managing Editorial, and Production departments
- Implement and direct the display and print promotional materials creation process
- Create and implement MCPG’s promotional budget tracking system
- Organize cross-departmental initiatives as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in marketing operations or related field
- Strong knowledge of Airtable, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Print production experience
- Confidence handling financial and budgetary information
- Ability to develop new workflows
- Working knowledge of project management systems and financial tracking systems is a plus
