What you’ll need

1-3 years in publishing and/or sales preferred
College Degree or equivalent
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Process-oriented with the ability to develop, document, and improve workflows while ensuring accuracy and consistency
Proven ability to work independently on deadlines and manage time efficiently
Able to perform basic analytical tasks in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and calculations
Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides
Ability to prepare designed title presentations for customers
Understanding of AI tools
