Practical experience with adult learning and instructional design
Demonstrated expertise in providing effective coaching
Demonstrated experience in AI upskilling or technology-driven learning
Proven ability to translate complex technologies into practical learning experiences
Track record of designing reskilling initiatives tied to business needs
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Background in digital transformation or innovation programs preferred
Relevant certifications in coaching or training are a plus.
Understanding of publishing/media industry
