About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are a member of the executive team and are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our Platform domain (Product & Development, Data, Operations).
- You ensure that Product, Technology, Data and Operations work together seamlessly — scalable, secure and future-proof.
- You report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Customer, Offer and User domains.
- You lead five direct reports and are responsible for approximately 15 employees in total.
- You create the foundation for innovations that deliver real value to our customers and high adoption by employees.
- You strengthen data-driven decision-making through clear KPI logic, reliable reporting and good business enablement.
- You reduce complexity and increase efficiency and reliability through standardization and automation in platform operations and operations.
- You develop and communicate the product vision and derive a clear product strategy from it.
- You are responsible for governance of the strategic roadmap — including prioritization, dependency management and stakeholder alignment.
- You define an AI strategy and roadmap (build/buy/partner, capability building, prioritization by ROI & risk) and embed it into product and technology planning.
- You define the technical direction (architecture principles, tech stack, scalability, stability and future-readiness).
- You further develop our software development approach (processes, standards, quality assurance, sensible use of AI-supported methods).
- You are responsible for Data, Analytics and BI — from data strategy and data governance to ensuring high data quality.
- You are accountable for infrastructure and operations and ensure availability, performance and cost awareness.
- You drive operational excellence and promote standardization and automation of core processes.
- You are responsible for data protection and information security and continuously evolve existing standards.
- You shape organization, processes and culture in Product, Engineering, Data and Operations.
- You lead and develop leaders and teams (target setting, feedback, performance management).
- You are responsible for budget planning as well as managing external service providers and freelancers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of leadership experience in Product & Tech at a divisional or executive level (e.g., CPTO, CTO with product responsibility, CPO with tech/delivery responsibility).
- Experience with digital platforms, ideally in a B2B2C context.
- Excellent knowledge of AI/GenAI across the entire value chain — product, operations, use-case evaluation and governance including compliance aspects.
- Strong technical foundation (architecture, engineering, scaling, operations/DevOps, security-by-design).
- Understanding of Data/BI (governance, KPI logic, data quality).
- Experience in organizational development across processes, standards, culture and leadership.
- Must-haves: Consistently align product, tech and data work with company objectives and set clear priorities.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in the health/wellbeing context. High adaptability and resilience.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (negotiation/business fluent).
