About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and further develop our sales team (3 sales reps + external support)
  • Ensure excellent sales execution in B2B enterprise new business
  • Actively support critical deals: run workshops, join client meetings, and secure closures
  • Responsible for pipeline quality, forecasting, and achieving targets
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success within the Customer Domain
  • Prepare and contribute to scaling new customer acquisition (towards 2027)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years' experience as Head of Sales or in a comparable role in a B2B enterprise environment
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Hands-on approach — you can both lead and sell
  • Clarity, consistency, and ownership in decision-making
  • A strong appetite for growth, even when things are already going well
