About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and further develop our sales team (3 sales reps + external support)
- Ensure excellent sales execution in B2B enterprise new business
- Actively support critical deals: run workshops, join client meetings, and secure closures
- Responsible for pipeline quality, forecasting, and achieving targets
- Close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success within the Customer Domain
- Prepare and contribute to scaling new customer acquisition (towards 2027)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years' experience as Head of Sales or in a comparable role in a B2B enterprise environment
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Hands-on approach — you can both lead and sell
- Clarity, consistency, and ownership in decision-making
- A strong appetite for growth, even when things are already going well
